大规模的GWAS研究只是简单地选出了对基因调控有影响的大部分DNA变异,而且这些变异碰巧在疾病相关细胞的广泛功能中发挥了作用,而不是在与疾病有关的特定活动中发挥了作用。
gwas的结果都是比较弱的。
